5 Numbered Spinner Tickets in rolls with Counterfoils

The random number selector tickets are a form of fundraising lottery. They are used in conjunction with a random selector electronic machine . First you sell the the random numbered tickets, which are in rolls of 5 numbers plus a perforated section whch repeats the same 5 numbers - You keep one section and the player keeps the other (known as a counterfoil). You then enter the first and last numbers from the tickets you have sold in into the machine and select as many winning tickets as required, depending on how many prizes you want to give away.
